Different ways to style a floral Saree – Fabcurate material review!
Summer is here and its time now more then ever to bring brightness into our lives with some Summery florals! Past two years have been very difficult for all of us! in the wake of Covid we have all been struggling with the New normal. A lot of personal loss, gloom and the lockdown with work from home situation is not exactly something to celebrate, however the best way to live life is to find happiness whereever possible. For me it would be a floral Saree! So here I am reviewing a beautiful white chiffon satin material from Fabcurate styled as a Saree! Fabcurate is an online brand that has a myriad of materials with different prints and textures, from ethnic cotton to glorious georgette, satin silk to organza and net, name it and you have it. This material costs 499 rs/ meter so you can make them into curtains, saree, cushion covers, table runners, gowns, anything! Awesome, isnt it? Coming back to my Saree looks, here are the four ways I styled my floral saree in.
Print on print Saree look
First look I tried was print on print with a floral puff sleeved balconette top. The yellow of the top goes well with the yellow flowers on the white saree. The key to do print on print is to make sure one of the prints is a intricate one and there is a common colour to both.
As you can already see, the material is super soft, flowy and doesnt require any inner. It feels so ligth and the draping makes me look really sleek.
Floral Saree with Contrast colour Top
Next up is the Indie look with the contrast colour red top with the floral saree that has accents of red flowers. The white and red brings out an ethnic look that is famous in many cultures like gujarati and bengoli. I parted my hair at the centre and accentuated my forehead with a matching red bindi. A pair of ethnic red and white thread earrings completed the look.
Even a lively floral saree can be styled in a traditional look with the right kinda accessories. In fact the solid colour top is giving a great balance to the peppy saree.
Fabcurate has beautiful prints from geometric to florals, aztec to block print all under one roof. If you want to custom made a saree of your choice of print and your choice of material, this is your place. They send the material quite quickly and in an ecofriendly packaging.
Edgy Look with Floral Saree
If you think florals are only for girly summery looks, you are surely mistaken. With the right kind of styling you can make florals into edgy power-woman look.
Here I have styled my saree with a green full sleeve blouse and a high bun. I have folded the bottom of the blouse inside to give it a cropped look. Accessorised with some bohemain accessories, I am ready to rock this Edgy look in a floral saree.
The saree drape is casual with short pallu.
Beach look with a floral Saree
Summers and beaches go hand in hand! So when you can’t go to the beach, you can atleast dress beachy isnt it? At least thats what I did. My last look for this floral saree is an easy breezy beachy look with a knot style drape thats comfortable and a halter neck top!
For this look I have mixed two different earrings a feather and a quirky red macaw earrings to give a carefree beachy vibe.
This completes my Floral saree looks and my fabcurate review! Do share in the comments below what you think of these styles and if you have any unique floral saree style I would love to see them. Tag me on my Instagram handle @fashionmate21!
